Hiroshi Miura cc1c234987 fix: add tests and update IFW repository path handling variations ...

- Refactor `_main_repo_folder` to handle legacy and new IFW repository paths.
- Add debug variable for repo choice tracking.
- Update and expand tests to validate new behavior and ensure folder resolution accuracy.
